  • I forgot my password. How can I reset it? Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address or phone number. You will receive a reset link or code via email or SMS. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
  • Can I change the email address associated with my account? Yes, you can change your email address. Go to the “Account Settings” section of the app, select “Email Address,” and enter the new email address. You may be required to verify the new email through a confirmation link sent to it.
  • How can I track my order? After placing an order, you can track it in the “Orders” section of the app. Select the specific order you want to track to see its current status and estimated delivery time.
